Frequently asked questions

Is hanbok rental included?

No. Hanbok rental and admission fees are separate from the photography price. If you need rental guidance, ask via TalkTalk before booking.

Are props, including traditional lanterns, free?

Yes. Yeopozone Snap provides all photography props, including artificial flowers, traditional lanterns and fans, free of charge.

Are hair and makeup included?

If you need hair and makeup, contact Naver TalkTalk before booking to confirm what is included and how to arrange it.

Can I add people or time?

Each additional person is KRW 55,000, and each additional hour is KRW 110,000. The standard package is for 2 people and 50 minutes.

When will I receive my photos?

Original JPGs are emailed within 3 days. Select 10 originals for retouching; the retouched photos arrive within 30 days after retouching begins.

Where does the session take place?

The standard location is Deoksugung Palace in Seoul. Ask via TalkTalk before booking to confirm available dates and the detailed route.

What about changes, cancellations or rain?

Please contact Naver TalkTalk first. Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the terms on the Smart Store product page.
